Pet Feeding / Booking Policy – (Non-Peak Season)
By submitting a booking request for Pet Feeding services, the client acknowledges and agrees that Whiskers n Wags Pet Care cannot guarantee specific time requests for services.

For Once-a-day visits, the client’s visit may be scheduled at any time within the timeframe of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

For Twice-a-day visits, the client’s AM visit may be scheduled at any time within the timeframe of 8:00 am to 10:30 am and their PM visit within the timeframe of 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Exceptions to this scheduling window must be arranged in advance through our office at admin@whiskersnwagspetcare.co.nz

All same-day booking requests will incur a Short Notice Surcharge.
 
Pet Feeding / Cancellation Policy (Non-Peak Season)
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all visit cancellations.

Any cancellation of a confirmed Pet Feeding booking within 48 hours of the affected visit(s) will be charged at the applicable visit rate.

Once a booking has commenced, cancellation of any visit(s) outside of the 48-hour notice will be credited to your account, minus our administration fee.

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to starting through your client portal, under your “schedule” choose the date and “cancel”.

All cancellations outside of this time must be emailed to the office.

We cannot accept verbal cancellations with your sitter as they are not able to cancel visits in our system.
 
Peak Season Pet Feeding / Booking Policy
By submitting a booking request for Pet Feeding services, the client acknowledges and agrees that during our Peak Season Whiskers n Wags Pet Care cannot guarantee specific time requests for services, and visits may occur outside our usual operating hours.

Once you are booked in, your place is held until we contact you in November to confirm your dates. It is then a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The balance of your account will be due by the 15th of December or 2 days prior to your departure date, whichever comes first.
 
Peak Season Pet Feeding / Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for bookings starting between the 15th of December and the 31st of January will incur the following charges plus our admin fee.
Once bookings have commenced, and up to 7 days prior to your booking starting, there will be no refund for the entire booking.
– 8 – 14 days prior to booking starting, there will be a 50% refund on your booking total.
– 15 – 21 days prior to booking starting, there will be a 75% refund on your booking total.
– Any early returns or later departures resulting in unused visits are non-refundable or transferable.

Regular Walks / Cancellation Policy
Whiskers n Wags Pet Care requires a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all Regular Walk cancellations.

Any cancellation of a confirmed Regular Walk booking within 7 days of the affected walk(s) will be charged at the Regular Walk rate.

All Regular Walk cancellations outside of the 7 days’ notice period will be charged at 50% of the regular service rate.
 
Casual Walks / Booking Policy
By submitting a Casual Walk service request with Whiskers n Wags Pet Care, the client acknowledges and agrees that Casual Walk services are subject to availability.

Once the booking request has been confirmed by Whiskers n Wags Pet Care, the client will be charged the applicable service rate and there will be no refunds or booking transfers provided.

All new Casual Walk clients are required to book an initial K9 Meet n Greet prior to the commencement of their first booking. This meet-and-greet may include a short walk for our staff and your pet to get to know each other.

Any casual booking request made within 48 hours of the booking commencing will be
subject to a Short Notice Surcharge.

Casual Walks / Cancellation Policy
Confirmed Casual Walk bookings are non-refundable or transferable.

Regular Pop-in and Play / Booking Policy
By making a Regular Pop-in and Play booking, Whiskers n Wags Pet Care and the client agree to at least one visit weekly, for a minimum period of 3 months of continuous visiting services.

All new Regular Pop-in and Play clients are required to book an initial K9 Meet n Greet prior to the commencement of their first booking.

Regular Pop-in and Play / Cancellation Policy
Whiskers n Wags Pet Care require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all Regular Pop-in and Play cancellations.

Any cancellation of a confirmed Regular Pop-in and Play booking within 7 days of theaffected visit(s) will be charged at the Regular Pop-in and Play rate.

Once the 3 month Regular Pop-in and Play booking has commenced, cancellation of any visit(s) outside of the 7 days’ notice period will be charged at 50% of the service rate.

This applies for the duration of the continuous 3-month booking, excluding Public Holidays.
 
Casual Pop-in and Play / Booking Policy
By submitting a Casual Pop-in and Play service request with Creature Comforts, the client acknowledges and agrees that Casual Pop-in and Play services are subject to availability.

Once the booking request has been confirmed by Whiskers n Wags Pet Care, the client will be charged the applicable service rate and there will be no refunds or booking transfers provided.

All new Casual Pop-in and Play clients are required to book an initial K9 Meet n Greet prior to the commencement of their first booking.

Any Casual booking request made within 48 hours of the booking commencing will be subject to a Short Notice Surcharge.

Casual Pop-in and Play / Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed all Casual Pop-in and Play bookings are non-refundable or transferable.
 
Terms of Termination / Booking and Cancellation Policy
Whiskers n Wags Pet Care reserves the right to deny service or terminate service due to the breach of Creature Comforts Terms and Conditions.

Monday – Friday: 8am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 12pm
Sunday: CLOSED

Please note bookings and cancellations will only be processed during our office hours.
